At level 1 you only have Q or W and Ambessa can walk through your Q chains with her dashes — hold your position, last-hit safely, and do not throw the hook. Level 2 is your first real window: land E and immediately W before she can dash out, then back off. This trade only works if both her dashes are down; if she has charges ready she will weave your W lunge and punish the whiff. Use Q to slow her approach and discourage extended trades rather than to set up all-ins you cannot follow through.
