At level 1 Lillia opens with Blooming Blows (Q) circles that stack move-speed and apply passive DOT — she wants to orbit outside your 575-range Shadow Dash and tick you down. Respect that; do not sprint into her Q circle to trade autos. Farm with Twilight Assault at max range and let your Ki Barrier shield eat the incidental DOT. She has no point-and-click tools at level 1, so you cannot lose the level as long as you do not chase.
