Levels 1-3 are the whole lane and you have to win them. His Bouncing Bomb (Q) out-ranges your Comet Spear, but it's a slow lobbed skillshot you can sidestep, and pre-6 he has no answer to your W-stun gap-close. Hard-engage at level 2 with W-Q: dash on, stun, empowered-Q burst, and he can't escape because his only mobility is the Satchel knockback which he'd have to aim under his own feet. Use Aegis Assault (E) to block a bomb mid-approach so you eat zero poke closing the distance.
