Neeko is one of the easiest level 1-3 lanes you get — she has no dash, no stun until 6, and dies to your point-and-click W-stun into a held Comet Spear. Step up at level 1 and bully her off the caster minions; she can only answer with a slow Q (Blooming Burst) and her E root from range. Dodge the Tangle-Barbs root — it's the only thing that lets her chain poke — and if it whiffs, W-vault in and tap-Q for a free trade. By level 3 with all three basics you can E through her Q, stun, and reset Q for a kill.
