How to win lane as Nasus against Yasuo · 55.62% win rate over 1,370 Emerald+ games · Updated 2026-07-27
| Stage | Favoured | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Yasuo | Yasuo dashes through minions to E-Q poke and Windwalls your only ranged tool, Spirit Fire — concede and just stack Q. |
| Level 2 | Yasuo | Still no Wither, so his flow-stacking dashes and E-Q poke control the lane while you soak farm. |
| Level 3 | Even / skill | Wither comes online and shuts off his attack-speed crit and dash flow, but with no ult yet it's a coin-flip even trade. |
| Levels 4-5 | Nasus | A Withered Yasuo loses his move speed and DPS — you out-grind his squishy frame with stacked Q and Soul Eater lifesteal. |
| Level 6 | Nasus | Fury of the Sands plus Wither lets you survive his R knockup and Q him to death in the slow before he resets flow. |
| First item | Nasus | Your Sheen/Iceborn Q burst plus Wither one-shots a pre-crit Yasuo — force every all-in here. |
| Two+ items | Yasuo | Full-crit Yasuo with Windwall out-DPSs your HP bar and blanks your E — he hard-outscales, so group and never 1v1 him. |
Yasuo owns the first two levels — he dashes through the minion wave to E-Q poke you and his Windwall eats your Spirit Fire, so don't waste E into a wall, just farm Q stacks off the back of the wave and accept the chip. Your Soul Eater lifesteal heals most of his poke anyway. At level 3 the lane flips: Wither slows his move and attack speed, killing the crit autos that are his entire damage and stopping his dash-stacking flow — land it and you win any trade he tries.
