Level 1 is even — your Q (Obliterate) is a delayed cone smash that Trundle just sidesteps at full HP while last-hitting, so don't throw it on cooldown into the wave. From level 2 it tilts your way: his Chomp (Q) steals your AD, but your damage is magic, so the bite barely dents your output, and your W banks a chunk of every exchange and recasts as a heal. Trade Q-into-auto and recast W — you come out ahead. The one thing to respect is his Pillar (E): don't let him wall you off mid-trade or block your Death's Grasp.
