He has no answer to that — his Q knockup is a slow telegraphed line you sidestep, and his only sustain is Feast stacks he doesn't have yet. The one thing to respect is his W silence: never trade in silence range, because if he cuts off your Q and W you lose your kiting tools. Poke from max range, hold E for when he commits, and take plate/chip while he's still a 600-HP nobody.
