Levels 1-3 are your window, so press them hard. At 2 you usually have Q + Solar Snare: when Cho'Gath steps up to last-hit, drop the E orb on him for the ~1.5s root, then rain Q on top and weave an empowered auto to start banking Overwhelm. He has no answer to that — his Q knockup is a slow telegraphed line you sidestep, and his only sustain is Feast stacks he doesn't have yet. The one thing to respect is his W silence: never trade in silence range, because if he cuts off your Q and W you lose your kiting tools. Poke from max range, hold E for when he commits, and take plate/chip while he's still a 600-HP nobody.
