My only real window is Level 2 — Q plus the Lightslinger double-tap can chunk him before his E dash and W clone exist, so cash that in hard. After that it gets ugly fast: do not Q into the clone (the decoy eats your empowered shot and your W mark), and never burn E chasing because his Nimbus Strike out-dashes my disengage. Last-hit at max Q range, mark him with W only when you can follow up, and respect that he survives the burst I'd kill a normal melee with.
