Level 1 is his — I have no poke and Skaarl's mount HP is sacred, so his Avengerang (Q) and autos just chip me while I farm and wait. The lane flips at 2 and 3: that's my ONLY clean all-in window. E through him, W for the shotgun on-hit procs, then recast E for the marked bonus-damage return — if I catch him before he's stacked Heroic Swing charges or has a wall to E off, I can chunk him hard. Don't throw a lazy Q he can just walk around; I need it to stick the slow so he can't swing away mid-combo.
