Level 1 is even — I only have Q so I just farm and don't walk into his Steel Tempest pokes while he stacks his tornado. The real shift is level 3: once Path Maker and the full Ntofo Strikes are online, I can W a Yasuo who steps up to last-hit and Q3 him into a knockup before his crit pattern means anything. Note his Windwall does nothing if I engage in melee — it only eats my Q if I throw it from range, so close the gap first, then poke. Don't burn W early; bait his E-dash and punish him when it's down.
