Level 1 is a wash — you only have Q with no engage, and he can't commit without his E dash yet, so just farm with the tip of Q. The problem starts at 2-3: his Q shreds your armor and his clone (W) makes it hard to read which is the real Wukong before you blow your W charge. Don't throw W at a clone or burn Q3 on the decoy — if you whiff your combo into a juke he E-Q's onto you and wins the trade clean.
