This is K'Sante's own plan; across 2,502 pooled games the lane is Vayne-favoured.
| Stage | Favoured | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Even / skill | She is safe at level 1 and so are you with only Q — neither side threatens a kill, so farm and deny her Tumble resets. |
| Level 2 | K'Sante | You pick up Path Maker and gain a real step-up threat while she has no attack speed to punish it. |
| Level 3 | K'Sante | Your W wall-stun and the 2-stack Ntofo shockwave pull land before she has the buffer to kite — you own melee range. |
| Levels 4-5 | K'Sante | She must walk up to farm and your bulk eats her autos while Q on 3.5s out-trades Tumble poke through Levels 4-5. |
| Level 6 | K'Sante | All Out gives you dash range to chase her Tumble and damage to kill her before Final Hour and Silver Bolts ramp. |
| First item | Even / skill | Iceborn's slow stops her kiting your 450-range Q, but Silver Bolts' third hit is true damage — genuinely even. |
| Two+ items | Vayne | Silver Bolts' true damage ignores every point of armour you build and she kites your whole kit — peel with R, never duel her. |
Vayne is one of the safest level 1s into me but she's also fragile and immobile until she gets attack speed, so I just farm with Q at level 1 and don't feed her free tumble resets. The instant I hit Level 3 I have my real threat: W Path Maker charged into a wall is a long stun, and if I catch her tumbling toward terrain I follow with Q3 to knock her up and pull her in. Bait her E condemn before I commit my W charge — if she burns condemn to peel an early step-up, my next all-in lands clean.
