Kennen has no engage threat at level 1 and neither do I with only Q, so the first level is a farm standoff — I tank a little Thundering Shuriken poke and last-hit with the tip of Ntofo Strikes. The problem starts at 2-3 once his Mark of the Storm chain is online: he Q-pokes me, weaves an Electrical Surge auto, and the third stack stuns me before I can ever reach him. My only real answer is level 3 — if he steps into Q range to CS or poke, I Path Maker charge into him and Q3 to knock him up and pull him in, the one trade I actually win. Otherwise I eat poke and stay healthy.
