Yorick is a slow starter and so are you, but level 1 he has no ghoul graves and no Dark Procession cage, so you can step up and Snip him whenever he comes to last-hit. From level 2 don't waste your Q on his ghouls — they melt your mist but your %-max-HP Snip ignores them and chunks HIS bar, so always aim the center snip through the swarm at Yorick himself. Respect his Mourning Mist (E): it slows and marks you so every ghoul pounces, and dodge the Dark Procession (W) wall — if it cages you onto the ghoul pile you eat the whole army, so keep it on your screen and walk out the open side before committing.
