At Levels 2-3 your Q-Vital poke plus the E-Bladework sequence (a guaranteed slow on the first auto, a guaranteed crit on the second) out-trades his Q sustain and E poke — strike the marked Vital for the max-HP true damage rather than trading raw chip, because his Q heals plain poke right back. Sidestep his E (the blood-pool swell takes a beat to land) and keep punishing while he has no W to bail him out.
