Riven owns levels 2-3 — she has her full Broken Wings (the third cast is the AOE knockup), her Ki Burst stun, and E shield-dash before your Carnivore sustain comes online, and she will bait your Rupture, sidestep its slow telegraph, then all-in on the empty cooldown. Do NOT throw Q at max range hoping to land it; she dashes through the wind-up and punishes the long animation. Last-hit with Vorpal Spikes and the edge of Rupture, take the chip, and lean on Carnivore to heal back her poke. Save Feral Scream's silence for the instant she commits — silencing her mid-combo blanks the rest of her Broken Wings dashes and her E escape, and that interrupt is your only real early answer.
