Levels 1-3 belong to Pantheon and you have to respect it. His W, Aegis Assault, is a point-click stun he can land on reaction, and once he's on top of you his Comet Spear and shield-empowered autos shred you before your Rupture can ever pop. Don't try to trade here: Rupture is a slow, telegraphed delayed ground-burst he simply walks out of, and Carnivore gives you no sustain lead over his W shield yet. Farm at the very tip of Rupture range, give up a little CS rather than a chunk, and keep Flash up for his W-into-Q all-in.
