Kayle is meleed and escapeless at Levels 1-2, but so are you with just Q, so the opening is a wash - last-hit at range and don't burn E chasing a fight you can't finish yet. Start Q (Precision Protocol) for the empowered second-hit poke, or W (Tactical Sweep) for the outer-edge slash and heal, and respect that her Q slow lets her stack passive autos on you if you walk up carelessly. Don't extend past your Adaptive Defense shield window - once that passive shield is on cooldown your raw HP falls behind her autos and Q pokes. Hold your real all-in for Level 3 when E is online.
