Level 1 belongs to Karma — her Q out-ranges your whole kit and you only have one ability, so eat minimal poke, last-hit at max range, and never walk up into a free RQ root she can land at level 1. From level 2-3 it flips hard: your Q recast bonus true damage and E stun-dash beat her single-target poke. Use your passive Adaptive Defense shield (your first auto on her absorbs her magic poke), bait her E shield (it grants move speed to kite) before you commit, then E-in, Q-recast for the true-damage second hit, and W for the slow and self-heal.
