Levels 1-3 are a skill matchup that leans your way on the wave: you out-range Twitch's autos, so punish him with Calibrum marks and Severum sustain whenever he steps up out of stealth. The real danger is Ambush (Q) letting him or his support flank, so ward the river and tri-bush and don't push mindlessly. If he can't get a stealth angle, you win the CS trade cleanly. Ambush returns every sixteen seconds, and a bush he has not walked into is not yet a problem, so pay for the vision and stop pushing blind. While he is on the map he has no answer to your range at all, which makes free CS worth more than sending your support off to roam.
