At level 1 this is a pure range-advantage skirmish — you can harass with W and autos while Gragas has to walk up to Q the wave, but neither of you has meaningful kill pressure yet. Once he hits level 2 and gets Body Slam he becomes dangerous: a dash into melee puts him inside your W minimum range where the delayed eye hits late and he already has his Q pool running. Play just far enough back that Body Slam does not connect cleanly, and do not step into his Q-pool zone. Your E is available at level 2 as well, but do not throw Nevermove into his Body Slam window — he can E through it and the root whiffs.
