At Level 1 you hold the range advantage — walk at her with Flamespitter before she has minions to Q-reset through and force her to either take free damage or give up early CS. She has no reliable gap-close at Level 1 without reset targets, so this is your best free poke window. At Level 2 you can Q-into-double-E to slow her before she lands, but respect that her Q is now available: if she has two or more minions in range she will dash through them onto you the moment your Scrap Shield is on cooldown. Bait the shield out with a Flamespitter step, then disengage with the Movement Speed bonus before she commits — do not let her E-stun you while the shield is down.
