How to win lane as Renekton against Neeko · 56.14% win rate over 1,035 Emerald+ games · Updated 2026-07-27
| Stage | Favoured | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Renekton | Renekton has no dash at Level 1 and Neeko can Blooming Burst (Q) poke from beyond his reach, but neither can all-in the other — own the opening with safe last-hits. |
| Level 2 | Renekton | E-dash plus W-stun plus Q-heal comes online and Neeko has no dash to escape the combo; land it and halve her HP. |
| Level 3 | Renekton | All three abilities online plus the highest Fury generation of the early game means every trade goes through the full E-W-Q pattern she has no answer for. |
| Levels 4-5 | Renekton | She has no mobility through Levels 4-5 and my Q-heal erases her Q poke; I force all-in on every Fury-stocked window. |
| Level 6 | Even / skill | Dominus HP buffer absorbs her Pop Blossom burst and accelerates Fury for two back-to-back empowered W-stuns, stripping her of the channel she needs to kill me. |
| First item | Neeko | Lost Chapter into Liandry's spikes her burst and lets her walk Pop Blossom in unseen via Shapesplitter invisibility — respect the fog angles. |
| Two+ items | Neeko | Full AP Neeko's E-root into Pop Blossom one-shots a melee bruiser who walks into range alone; group and stay out of unseen-ult setups. |
Level 1 I play patient — no dash means I cannot run her down yet, and she has Blooming Burst (Q) re-blooms to poke at range, so I last-hit at max Q distance and refuse to eat chip damage for free. Level 2 changes everything: the moment I have E and W I look for an immediate all-in. She has no dash, so I E through her, land the empowered W two-hit stun, and Q-heal through any damage she threatens back before the root expires. She cannot channel Pop Blossom while she is stunned, which means my whole kit strips her only big cooldown of its setup. At Level 3 all three abilities are online and I keep pressing — if she tries to throw Tangle-Barbs (E) as a poke I step sideways and E in the instant the projectile passes, denying the root and landing W before she has any follow-up.
