Early Mundo is genuinely weak and heal-starved, and you have point-and-click tools he can't dodge. At level 2-3 with Q+E up, look to E him into the wall behind him for the stun, then Q to chunk a chunk of his max HP before his passive sustain matters. Dodge his Q cleaver where you can since it's his only real poke and his main heal source, and pop W to shrug the trade and out-trade his flat early damage. Don't over-extend chasing a cleaver-missed Mundo into his tower.
