Vlad is also a weak level 1, but unlike you he sustains every trade with Q-Transfusion, so don't waste mana chunking him only to watch it heal back. You have no shield or combo until 3, so just farm with Q's tip and accept a little E poke — your big problem is he never runs out of resource while you're mana-starved. Once W (Bellows Breath) is up at 3 you can trade back with unstoppable percent-HP fire and a shield, but respect that he can simply Q-heal it and out-sustain a poke war.
