Level 1 is a wash — you have only Q and no Darkness Rise aura yet, so just farm and don't chase her around the wave (her Harrier mark and W move speed mean you'll never catch her). The lane flips at 2 and 3: once Obliterate (Q) and Indestructible (W) are up, every time she steps in to last-hit she eats a single-target Q smash and you bank shield off her pokes. Don't fling Q at the whole wave hoping to clip her — hold it for when she commits to an auto, and respect her E Vault: it dashes her over you, knocks you back and nearsights you, so it cancels your auto-trade and resets her distance. Bait the Vault, then trade.
