Cho'Gath has to walk into melee to last-hit, and his only early answers are Q's delayed knockup and W's silence — both telegraphed. Don't stand in the Q circle; sidestep it and punish the recovery with a single-target Obliterate, which hits harder and ramps Darkness Rise faster. At level 1 neither of you has an all-in — your aura isn't up and his Feast HP isn't stacked — so just farm and respect the Q-W combo. From level 2 your Q poke grinds him down faster than minion-Feast can pad the trades.
