At Level 1 I only have Q with no engage, so I just farm and don't walk into tongue range. The catch on him: his grey-health passive refills any chip I do with Q poke, so I'm not winning a poke war — I'm waiting for my Level 3 combo to land a real knockup trade he can't grey-heal away.
