Level 1 is a wash — I only have Q and no engage, and Nautilus has his Dredge Line hook but can't all-in either, so I just farm with Ntofo Strikes cleave and don't walk into hook range against the wave. At Level 3 it tips my way — I W-charge a committed Naut for the unstoppable damage-resist window, then land my Q3 knockup-pull, and his single-target hook can't trade back with that.
