Level 1 you're both soft, but Zac's only real threat is a surprise long-range Elastic Slingshot or a Stretching Strike grab from the fog, so respect his bushes and just farm with Q-resets off the wave. From level 2 his passive blobs give him sustain — when he takes damage he drops blobs and walks over them to heal, so don't dump pokes he just picks back up. Level 3 is where you take over: E-stun into Bladesurge reset and your passive armor shred starts chewing through his blob HP faster than his passive can replenish it — short-trade him and back off before his Unstable Matter (W) nukes add up.
