At level 2 her Miasma (W) gives her the grounding that cancels your Q dash, so do not throw a Bladesurge she can ground mid-flight. Level 3 is your one real punish window: once E (Flawless Duet) is up, if she steps forward to Q a minion, E-stun her and Bladesurge-reset in before her Twin Fangs (E) and poison can answer.
