Level 1 is a wash: Sion just wants to shove and chip you with his E (Roar of the Slayer) armor-shred poke, and you only have one ability, so last-hit and don't throw a naked Q he can step back from. The lane turns at 2 and 3: once your Q cone unlocks the Sundering Slam follow-up and your passive dash lets you weave an empowered auto, you out-trade his one-point Decimating Smash and his cooldown-bound E easily. The one thing to respect is a fully-charged Decimating Smash. If you see him stand still and charge it, the knockup will interrupt your dash, so bait it out or sidestep before you commit your Q.
