This is your lane to snowball: Sona has no dash, no reliable disengage, and dies to a single E-Q all-in from levels 2 through 5. Every time she creeps up to hit her Q Hymn poke, threaten her with E range and force her to burn Flash or back off. Coordinate your level-2 spike with your ADC and you can outright kill her before Powerchord poke adds up. Her aura chip accumulates but she cannot stop a wind-up, so link your carry and walk her down. Hold the stun for the moment she steps forward, spend heal charges on the chip in between, and let the empowered autos rather than the healing decide the exchange.
